Works with minimal supervision to resolve electro-mechanical issues and equipment errors on automated material handling systems and related equipment and perform repair and preventive maintenance.
Performs on-site set-up, programming, and customer training
Uses advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair mechanical problems
Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings
Completes detailed reports and other paperwork
Follows up on completed work with customers and other departments to ensure resolution
Follows all Preventive Maintenance programs
Completes all assigned training plans
